Whole Cow Order
A whole beef order includes approximately 500 lbs. of beef in rail weight. The average yield is approximately 80 pounds per quarter. Please contact us, personally, if you would like a larger quarter than specified on the site, we can easily accommodate a larger order.

Shoulder- steaks
Ribeye- Bone-in Steak
Ribs- BBQ style cut
Briskey- Boneless
Sirloin- Steaks
Shank- 2 soup cut
Round steak- Steaks
Chuck- Roast
Sirloin Tip- Roast
Pikes Peak- Ground
Rump- Roast
Neck- Boneless Steak/Beef Tips
Hamburger- Ground Beef 1lb, 2lb or 2.5lb packaging
**Upon ordering you have the choice to choose between adding either T-Bone Steaks to this order OR New York Strips/Tenderloins.
All orders are butchered locally, packaged in a vacuumed seal packaging and labeled. We are a delivery only service. Orders are delivered in approximately 2 weeks from order date, but could be sooner.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Rabbits' Ranch Beef has a no refund or return policy. However, if a customer is ever unhappy with an order please reach out immediately and we will try our best to fix the problem or accomodate in any way possible to us.
